OTTAWA, ON – Selected in the 2nd round of the 2021 Central Canada Hockey League Bantam Protected Draft by the Cornwall Colts, Cornwall, ON native Kaiden Pyke has adapted well in his first season in HEO U18 AAA.
He combines grit with skill and has proven that he can have an affect on any type of game. His poise with the puck and excellent vision creates offence for himself and his teammates. A fierce competitor, at 5’9 and 160 lbs, Pyke enjoys the physical side of the game and is willing to engage in the dirty areas of the ice to get the job done.
Pyke’s perseverance and style of play has already made this young center-man a leader in the dressing room and on the ice.

On the season, Pyke has totaled 11 points (3G, 8A) through 18 games, while averaging over 20 minutes of action each game.
Prior to his time in U18 AAA, Pyke came up through the Eastern Ontario Wild and Seaway Valley Rapids Minor Hockey programs.
