LEAGUE MANDATE
The HEO U18 AAA League is a minor hockey league following minor hockey governance, rules and discipline.
1. To provide a league for teams of players at the designated U18 AAA level.
2. To promote fair play and sportsmanship, and to develop the skills of the players in the League, through the provision of a safe and competitive environment.
3. To exercise general care and direction over players, teams, officials and executives of the League to ensure compliance with the League’s Constitution, By-Laws and Playing Rules & Regulations
