OTTAWA, ON – HEO U18 AAA is pleased to announce that Nepean Raiders defenseman Nicholas Larkin has been voted as the 2021-22 Top Defenseman.
The 2005 born Ottawa, ON native led all league defenders this season with 49 points (14G, 35A) in 31 games of action, which included fourteen multi-point efforts.
The Ottawa Myers AAA and Nepean Raiders AA product is a two-way smooth-skating defender who has a first-pass which is unmatched and a high-level hockey IQ that will help him continue to progress as he advances to higher levels of play.
Larkin was selected in the 5th round of the 2021 OHL Priority Selection by the Sudbury Wolves.
