OTTAWA, ON – HEO U18 AAA is pleased to announce that Nepean Raiders forward Luke Posthumus has been voted as the 2021-22 Most Valuable Player.

The 2005 born Ottawa, ON native led all league skaters with 81 points (38G, 43A) in 32 games for a whopping Pts/GP % of 2.53, the highest % ever in HEO U18 AAA. He was held without a point in just 1 game all season and tallied 25 multiple-point games.  On top of his record-breaking season, Posthumus also scored his first career CCHL goal in a call-up to the Nepean Raiders earlier this season.

A 7th round selection of the Ontario Hockey League’s Oshawa Generals in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection, the sky is the limit for the offensive dynamo. Whether that be at the Major Junior or Junior A level is the question. Regardless where he ends up, he will be an integral part of his teams success.
